Residents are invited to give their views on a draft Planning Position Statement for the Kirkley Waterfront and Sustainable Urban Neighbourhood, which will help bring forward development at the site in Lowestoft.

To enable construction work to progress on a major seafront development in Lowestoft, a section of the lower promenade will be temporarily closed to vehicles for four weeks.
